Questions
Do you stitch the full postcode?
No. We stitch the first part (the area), like BN2 or SE15, so it's personal without showing their exact address.
Can I send it straight to their new address?
Yes. Put their address as the delivery address at checkout. No prices go in the parcel.
Can it arrive on a set day?
Yes, in the UK. Tick 'This is a gift' in the basket and pick the day. We'll send it so it lands then.
Can I return it?
It's made just for them, so it can only be returned if it's faulty.
