We stitch every piece by hand in Brighton and we stand behind it. If the embroidery gives up in the first year, we'll re-stitch it for free. And when you're done with it, send it back for £5 off your next one.
Loose thread, a letter coming away, a stitch that's seen better days. In the first year, post it to our Brighton studio and we'll re-stitch it free and send it back. Ordered from us before 28 October 2026? Yours is covered for life, as promised.
Finished with an old Capenza? Send it back in any condition and we'll give you £5 off a new piece. We'll find wearable ones a second home.
We reply within one working day. A photo helps: reply to our email with one.
The free re-stitch covers the embroidery on any Capenza piece for 12 months from the day it was delivered. Orders placed before 28 October 2026 keep the free re-stitch for as long as you own them. It doesn't cover the fabric itself, loss, or damage from accidents (snags, burns, the dog). You pay the postage to send it to us; we pay to send it back in the UK. Trade-in codes are £5 off a full-price Capenza piece, one per item sent back, and last 6 months. This is on top of your legal rights.
